From the fjords to the frontline, Norsk Battalion stands with Ukraine. This campaign brings together the Norwegian NAFO community to fund a NAFO Truck 3.0 for the “Condor” Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 1st NGU Brigade “Bureviy.”
The campaign also plays with one of the kremlin’s latest favorite stories: claiming that NAFO is somehow a network of “hackers” operating against russia. So the fellas decided to lean into the joke and turn it into another vehicle for Ukraine.
The “Stand Like Algiz” patch references the Algiz rune from Nordic tradition, commonly associated with protection, endurance, and defense. Its shape is often compared to a person standing with raised arms, holding the line against danger.
Behind the memes there is a very practical goal. Drone units depend on mobility every single day. Operators constantly move between positions carrying FPV systems, antennas, batteries, generators, and communication equipment while avoiding enemy detection and strikes. A reliable truck allows crews to relocate quickly, transport gear safely, and continue missions under difficult frontline conditions.
Why NAFO Vehicles Matter:
Ukrainian soldiers know the immense value of our NAFO trucks and buses. These vehicles are carefully selected, produced between 2011 and 2019, ensuring reliability for harsh frontline terrain. Each truck is capable of driving at least 20,000 km (12,500 miles) without major technical issues, making them a lifeline for soldiers in combat zones.

Everyone who donates over €100 (1,130 NOK) will receive limited NAFO patches. Produced in Ukraine, they will be delivered anywhere in the world.
If you donate more than €750 (8,450 NOK) you will receive the original patch from a Ukrainian unit in addition to 3 patches.
You can have your own message on the car, by donating €1,500 (16,900 NOK). This comes in addition to all the patches. So the truck will be driving in Donbas with your message. You will receive a photo of your message with the Ukrainian soldier. Plus, you’ll receive a special unit flag that was gifted to us by the troops.
With a donation of €2,500 (28,150 NOK) or more, you’ll unlock an exclusive option to add a flag and any custom image (JPG) to the truck. Whether it’s a country flag, state flag, or even a space race flag—your message will ride proudly into Ukraine. The North Atlantic Fella Organization (NAFO, French: Organisation des Fella de l'Atlantique nord, OFAN, a play on NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is an Internet meme and social media movement dedicated to countering Russian propaganda and disinformation about the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
We are a charity fund from Estonia that has been working since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. To date, we have helped deliver over €20 million in aid. By communicating directly with the units, we know exactly what types of vehicles they need. We rebuild these vehicles to ensure they are equipped with jammers, drone detector, new mud tires, and other necessary upgrades to withstand the frontline conditions.
