Campaign is over
We have listened to the stories of frontline medics in Kyiv and we refuse to look away.
They are former teachers, artists, and doctors who left their everyday lives on February 24, 2022, to save others. Today, they work under constant danger, evacuating the wounded and giving them a chance to survive.
One of their most urgent needs is evacuation vehicles — critical lifelines that transport injured soldiers from the front lines to safety.
This campaign is led by Anna-Liisa Palatu, Helery Pops, and the team at Fotografiska Tallinn, and is inspired by the work of James Nachtwey whose photography reveals the human cost of war and the horrible realities behind what putin calls a “special military operation.”
Anna-Liisa and Helery have already helped fund and deliver 11 MedEvac vehicles.
Why NAFO Trucks Matter:
Ukrainian soldiers know the immense value of our NAFO trucks and buses. These vehicles are carefully selected, produced between 2010 and 2017, ensuring reliability for harsh frontline terrain. Each truck is capable of driving at least 20,000 km (12,500 miles) without major technical issues, making them a lifeline for soldiers in combat zones.
What Your Contribution Will Support:
We’re raising €20,500 to procure a fully equipped NAFO truck 3.0 This cutting-edge vehicle includes:
This innovation not only ensures the safety of the truck but also provides critical support for soldiers on the frontlines, boosting their effectiveness and saving lives.

Everyone who donates over €120 will receive limited NAFO patches and prints. Produced in Ukraine, they will be delivered anywhere in the world.

Risograph prints by Anna-Liisa Palatu (from €120 donation)
During five convoys to Ukraine in 2024, Anna-Liisa documented daily life through sketches. These drawings have been transformed into risograph prints to say thank you to those who step up and help.
All prints are produced in Kyiv at Risodentsia printing studio, supporting local creatives and lifesaving efforts.

Shepard Fairey poster: Make Art Not War (from €220 donation)
Shepard Fairey is one of the most renowned and provocative street artists, with over 135 murals worldwide. He made his breakthrough during the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign with the portrait of Barack Obama and the explosive rise of the OBEY clothing brand.
This print is an alternative phrase inspired by popular 1960s anti-war mantra,
“Make love, not war.” In this case, Fairey asserts the need for creative rather than destructive acts.

If you donate more than €750 you will receive the original patch from a Ukrainian unit in addition to 3 patches.

You can have your own message on the car, by donating €1500. This comes in addition to all the patches. So the truck will be driving in Donbas with your message. You will receive a photo of your message with the Ukrainian soldier.

With a donation of €2500 or more, you’ll unlock an exclusive option to add a flag and any custom image (JPG) to the truck. Whether it’s a country flag, state flag, or even a space race flag—your message will ride proudly into Ukraine. We’ll send you a thank-you video featuring your flag and image on the vehicle, alongside a Ukrainian soldier. Plus, you’ll receive a special unit flag that was gifted to us by the troops.

Fellas! We're excited to introduce you to the first trucks from Jake Bro's new, 7th campaign! Kusto is already here, along with the Witchers community, the Australian Battalion, and the Liechtenstein Battalion. Let's take a look!
The North Atlantic Fella Organization (NAFO, French: Organisation des Fella de l'Atlantique nord, OFAN, a play on NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is an Internet meme and social media movement dedicated to countering Russian propaganda and disinformation about the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
We are a charity fund from Estonia that has been working since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. To date, we have helped deliver over €20 million in aid. By communicating directly with the units, we know exactly what types of vehicles they need. We rebuild these vehicles to ensure they are equipped with jammers, drone detector, new mud tires, and other necessary upgrades to withstand the frontline conditions.
